FOND du LAC, WI - Tahron Harvey posted a second 30+ point performance this season, helping the 14th-ranked Benedictine University men's basketball to a third straight win.

Harvey opened his career night by knocking down a three-pointer to open the scoring just over a minute into the game
Shawn Soelter followed with a three-pointer moments later
Marian came back to lead briefly at 7-6 before a 6-0 spurt ignited by a Harvey three
Holding a 12-9 advantage, Harvey buried a triple to open a 7-0 run that pushed the lead to 19-9 near the mid-point of the half
Two minutes later Eric Grygo drained a jumper to start another 7-0 spurt, pushing the lead to 29-12
The lead reached 20 on a Brayden Olson three-pointer and a Harvey three-pointer before the buzzer pushed the score to 49-27 at the break
Marian pulled within 17 in the second half, but Benedictine continued to counter, opening a 93-62 edge with just under three minutes left on a three from Zach Gorney
Benedictine led for 38:48 of the game and has scored 90 or more points in the first two conference games
Benedictine has now won 27 straight regular season conference games

"A great win on the road," said head coach Keith Bunkenburg. "We need to cut down on the turnovers. Tahron (Harvey) shot the ball really well and we played with great intensity."

Harvey finished the game 10-for-12 from the field, making 4-of-5 three pointers and tallying a perfect 10-10 mark at the line
Harvey's point total of 34 surpassed his previous career high of 31 in the season opener
The senior also added eight rebounds and four assists
Benedictine held a 45-27 edge in rebounding and overcame a season high 17 turnovers
Olson and Kenny Bogus also reached double figures
Olson notched 13 for his second consecutive double-digit showing with Bogus collecting 10 for a second straight game
Benedictine shot 63 percent in the first half and finished the game at 55.2 percent
Benedictine connected on 12 three-pointers
