EMORY, Va. (Nov. 15, 2016) – Down 28 points at halftime, the Sewanee men's basketball team could not overcome its slow start falling at Emory & Henry, Tuesday, 83-57, inside the John Rutledge King Center.

Eventually, the Waps led by as much as 35 early in the second half.
After the terrible start, Sewanee managed to make 37.5 percent of its shots. The Tigers were also hampered by Emory & Henry's play inside. The Wasps scored 42 points in the paint and had 14 second-chance points.
Individually, senior Jorden Williams paced Sewanee with 21 points. Freshman Adrian Thomas added 12 points while Stone finished with five points and five rebounds.
