The 2015 USA South Men's Basketball Tournament championship game took place on Saturday, February 28 on the campus of Averett University in Danville, Virginia as sixth-seeded LaGrange College defeated fourth-seeded Maryville College, 70-64, to capture the program's second consecutive USA South Tournament title.

LaGrange was led by Nick Mitchell who led all scorers with 28 points in addition to eight rebounds and two assists. For his efforts during the three days of the tournament, Mitchell was named Most Valuable Player for the second consecutive year. The Panthers also received 16 points from Justyn Olson. Maryville was led by Jaumonee Byrd who scored a team-high 20 points.
