The Baruch College Bearcats lost a two-point (51-49) road contest to the Presidents of Hampden-Sydney College at the Luck Stone Holiday Classic on Monday afternoon in Farmville, Virginia.

The two teams shot poorly in the first half, which resulted in a low-scoring halftime (20-20) with Baruch shooting 22.7 percent (5-of-22) and Hampden-Sydney at 21.4 percent (6-for-28).

During the second half, the Presidents jumped out to the lead and shot 44 percent (11-for-25), while the Bearcats continued to struggle at 33 percent (8-for-24) from the field.
