First Half Shooting Hampers Albion in Road Loss

ADRIAN, Mich. – Albion College shot 17 percent while everything Adrian College launched seemed to go in the basket in the first half. Adrian jumped out to a 35-5 lead and it went on to record a 78-46 victory over Albion in Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association men's basketball action at the Merillat Gymnasium.

Albion missed its first six shots. Carter Elliiott produced the Britons' first basket more than four minutes into the game. Elliott sank the second of a two-shot free throw opportunity as Albion trailed 17-3.

Alex Harville and Zach Hurth led the Britons with 11 points apiece. Lawrence Ridgell added 10 points off the bench.

Adrian's Sean Gallant made all seven of his shots from the floor as he produced a double-double of 15 points and 10 rebounds.
