RADNOR, Pa. – The Cabrini Cavaliers wasted little time in getting back on the right foot after Friday's first loss.  The #14 Cavaliers extended their home win streak to 34 consecutive games with tonight's 83-66 wire-to-wire win over the visiting York (Pa.) College Spartans.

The victory improves the Blue and White to 10-1 on the season as Cabrini heads into the heart of their conference schedule.

Cabrini got off to a good start, as junior A.J. Williams (Wilmington, Del./ St. Elizabeth) knocked down the Cavaliers' first field goal attempt, a three-pointer from the wing giving the Blue and White an early three-point lead.  Less than three minutes later, junior Goran Dulac (Levittown, Pa./ Pennsbury) knocked down a short jumper giving Cabrini a two-point advantage, one the Cavaliers would hold for the rest of the game.

The Cavaliers extended their lead to 17 points late in the first half when junior reserve Jeremy Knowles (Antioch, Cal./ Pittsburg) connected on his fourth three-pointer of the first half.  Dulac's baseline jumper just before the halftime horn gave Cabrini a 42-27 lead heading into the break.

The Blue and White shot 56.7% from the floor to establish its halftime lead, while holding the Spartans to just nine made field goals in the game's first 20 minutes.  Knowles' 14 first half points gave the Cavaliers a 17-1 advantage in bench scoring before the break.

York opened the second half with an 8-2 run, cutting Cabrini's lead to just nine points.  Led by Dulac's eight points, the Cavaliers responded with an 18-7 spurt of their own to extend their advantage to a game-high 20 points.

Knowles led the Cavaliers with a game-high 21 points on 7-15 shooting, including five from beyond the three-point arc.

Senior Cory Lemons (Wilmington, Del./ Glasgow) tallied 19 points, handed out eight assists, grabbed three rebounds, and recorded three steals in 39 minutes of action.

Dulac finished with 17 points and a game-high 8 rebounds. Senior John Boyd (Trappe, Pa./ Perkiomen Valley) added 10 points.
