MENOMONIE, Wis. (November 27, 2011) - UW-Stout was held to their lowest point total of the season as they fell, 76-50, to the undefeated Robert Morris University, Sunday night in the championship game of the annual Quality Inn & Suites Turkey Shootout hosted at Johnson Fieldhouse.

Robert Morris (9-0) opened the game on a 14-2 run and never looked back as they took the first lead and led the whole game.  They opened up in emphatic fashion as Durell Kern and Kenny Ogbuokiri threw down dunks on back-to-back possessions to begin the game.  After Stout (3-2) fell behind early, the closest they could pull within was six points, a 20-14 deficit with just under six minutes to play in the first half.

The Eagles ended the first half on a 7-2 run and led by 12 at the break.  They opened the second half hot and won the first ten minutes of the half, 24-8, securing an insurmountable 28-point lead with ten minutes to go.

Stout's highlight of the game was provided by Jarvis Ragland's (So, Milwaukee) SportsCenter Top Ten-worthy facial of RMU's Will Baker, when he drew a foul in addition to the slam dunk.  Ragland finished the game with a team high 12 points and five boards.  Steve Pax (So, Elmwood) also put up 12 points for the Blue Devils.

Brian Bradley shot 8-15 from the floor for Robert Morris, leading all players with 19 points, while Ogbuokiri pulled down a game-high nine rebounds, seven in the first half.

Robert Morris, an NAIA member out of Chicago, shot 58 percent from the field while stout shot just 39.  They also won the turnover battle, forcing 13 and only giving up seven.

Stout will travel to Winona State University on Tuesday, Nov. 29, then to Whitewater on Saturday, Dec. 3 to open conference play.  They will return to Johnson Fieldhouse the following Wednesday to host UW-Superior.
