RADNOR, Pa. (November 23, 2010) - Playing for the first time away from Baldwin Gym, the Rangers fell to Cabrini College 80-72 earlier this evening. Junior transfer Dara McKeon (Dunboyne, Ireland/St. Peter's College) had 16 points on six of fourteen shooting to pace the Ranger offense.

Both teams got off to a slow start but it was Drew (1-2) that held the early lead. A three-pointer to lead off the game by McKeon and a layup by Asmar Capers (Bridgewater, N.J./Bridgewater-Raritan) put the Rangers up three, 3:30 into the contest.

Cabrini (2-0), the defending Colonial States Athletic Conference Champions, would go on a 7-0 run to capture their first lead of the night with 12:30 on the clock. After exchanging the lead one more time the Cavaliers would take the lead for good with 10:06 left in the first half.

The Rangers would go into the half trailing by eight and would get the game as close as five in the final minutes of the game.

Capers led the way for the Rangers with 18 points and pulled down seven rebounds. Dylan Bulger (Staten Island, N.Y./Staten Island Academy) was the third Ranger in double figures, chipping in 10 points and grabbing a team-high eight rebounds.

Drew will have seven days until they travel to Quincy, Mass. to take on Eastern Nazarene. Tip-off is set for 6:00.
