Planning Commission since 2009. She is currently pursuing her
doctorate through Morgan State.
"I am elated to return to the game I love," said Parson. "It will
be a request granted to be at the helm of the Frostburg State
Bobcats. I so look forward to building excellence."

Parson served as interim coach for 12 games in the inaugural season of the WNBA's Washington Mystics, in which the team went 1-11, then spent eight years at Division I Howard, where she compiled a 106-129 mark.
She is 12 wins away from 300 for her caeer.
At Howard, Parson served as head coach and led the team to a pair of regular season Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) championships (2000 & 2001) and one tournament championship (2001). She was named the league's Coach of the Year following both regular season titles and led the team to 129 wins in her eight seasons.
