Saint Paul, Minn- The Bethany Vikings improved to 1-1, beating the Macalester Scots 90-83. The Vikings dominated most of the game, and carried a lead from half-way through the first half to the end of the game.
Mankato, Minn. - The Bethany Vikings began the first game of the season with a technical foul and the rest of the game fell into place as expected as the Vikings lost to the visiting St. Olaf Oles 96-84.
