Women's

Kendall Sosa

Sosa averaged 23 points, five rebounds, three assists, and two steals to fuel IWU to wins over Elmhurst and second-seeded North Park in the CCIW tournament. Against the Bluejays, she tied for the team lead with 18 points and added six rebounds; she followed it up with a 28-point performance in the semifinals at North Park.

Leah Porath

Porath averaged 27 points, 11 rebounds, and four assists as UW-Oshkosh defeated UW-River Falls, UW-La Crosse, and UW-Whitewater to capture its third consecutive WIAC tournament title. She shot 62% from the field and 79% from the free throw line. Porath put up 17 points, seven rebounds, and five assists against UW-Whitewater in the tournament championship game.

Emily Kutskel

Kutskel averaged 21 points and 10 rebounds in two wins over Wilkes this week. At home on Thursday, Kutskel recorded a near-triple double with 12 points, 10 rebounds, and eight blocks. She followed that up with a career-high 29 points to go along with nine rebounds and two steals in the second game.

Hannah Geistfeld

Geistfeld returns to the Team of the Week after leading her team to a regular season championship and a place in the UMAC final. She averaged 25 points, 10 rebounds, and eight assists over three games, shooting 63% from the floor and 94% from the FT line.

Olivia Nagy

Nagy was named OAC tournament MVP, as she led John Carroll to the championship over three games this week. Averaging 19 points and 13 rebounds, she saved her best performance for the final, lighting up Baldwin Wallace for a triple double of 22 points, 13 rebounds, and 10 blocks (along with three steals). She also shot 9-for-12 from the field in the 83-71 win.

Men's

Brandon Emerick

Emerick averaged 28 points on 56% shooting, seven assists, five rebounds, two steals, and a block to help Rockford capture the NACC South Division tournament title. He opened with 21 points, four assists, and three rebounds in the Regents' semifinal win over Concordia-Chicago. Emerick then poured in a career-high 34 points on 60% shooting, including nine three-pointers, along with nine assists, six rebounds, and three steals in a 97-91 win over Aurora in the Final.

Tharon Suggs

Suggs battled with his own teammate, TC Thacker, for a spot on this team. Both had massive double-doubles in Lynchburg's ODAC tournament win over Eastern Mennonite, but Suggs, who had 18 points, 10 rebounds, and four assists, also put in the winning bucket as time expired to send his team on to the next round.

Jason Ellis

Marietta cruised to an OAC championship over three games this week, so Ellis may not have gotten his normal minutes, still he was named MVP and managed to shoot 61% from the floor and 71% from three, averaging 18 points, five rebounds, and four assists per game in the process. He also hit every one of his free throws during the tournament.

Lybrant Robinson

Robinson was named the MVP of the Landmark Conference tournament while leading the Rangers to their first-ever Landmark title. In the championship game, Robinson banked in a 3-pointer at the buzzer to force overtime then scored 10 points in the extra session to finish with 31, lifting the Rangers to an 84-78 victory over Scranton. He hit another 3-pointer with 32 seconds left in OT to give Drew a four-point lead and help ice the victory. He averaged 23 points and five rebounds on the week.

Galen Smith, Jr.

Smith had career highs in points and rebounds as Louisiana College defeated LeTournaeu and ETBU this week. He averaged 21 points and 13 rebounds to go along with three steals and two blocks per game. Smith shot 73% from the field and helped LC earn a home game in the ASC tournament.
