GLASSBORO, NJ -- Rowan took down The College of New Jersey, 89-58, Wednesday night in a New Jersey Athletic Conference game at Esbjornson Gymnasium.

The win avenges the Profs' NJAC defeat from November 23rd in Ewing, NJ.

Four players finished in double figures led by Savanna Holt with a season-high 19 points. Dakota Adams kicked in 18 while Nicole Mallard had 15 and Grace Marshall added 12 as the Profs used a huge third quarter to pull away from the Lions.

The teams combined for eight three pointers in the first while the Profs were on a 10-for-15 shooting clip in the first 10 minutes to lead 25-18.

Rowan held steady in the second and would build a lead as high as 41-28 late in the frame but the Lions' Nikki Alexatos hit a three right before the buzzer to trim the Prof lead to 10 at the break.

The Profs outscored the Lions, 31-10, in the third to lead 72-41 heading into the fourth. RU held the visitors to just nine field goal attempts (3-for-9) while hitting at a 46% clip in the stanza.

Adams, who also grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds for her fourth double double on the season, was 9-of-12 from the floor and poured in three blocks, two steals, and two assists. Holt drained three of the teams' eight triples on the evening.

Nina Branchizio and Julia Setaro paced TCNJ with 11 points apiece.

Rowan is right back at it on Saturday as they head to Kean for a 3 p.m. start.
