The Presidents defense allowed just six field goals over the final 20 minutes and outscored the Yellow Jackets by a 39-17 margin to run away with the win.

W&J, who entered as the PAC's top team in scoring defense, limited Waynesburg to 31.3 percent from the field and forced the Yellow Jackets into 20 turnovers. The opposition has failed to reach 60 points in any of W&J's six games this season.

The win improves W&J to 6-0 overall. The loss drops Waynesburg to 0-6 in 2021.

The Presidents will play host to fellow unbeaten Grove City (6-0) on Wednesday, March 3 at Salvitti Family Gymnasium. The game is a rematch of the 2020 PAC Tournament Championship game. The game will be featured on the PAC Sports Network at pacstream.net.
