Criswell ties school record in final game

PASADENA, Calif. – Senior Lucy Criswell left one more mark on the record book in her final game. She scored 38 points in the Chapman University women's basketball team's triple overtime 93-89 win over Caltech.

Criswell joined Nicole Hayman from 2007 and Natasha Donelson from 1983 as the only Panthers to score 38 points in a single game. She had just seven points at halftime and scored 18 in the second half.

She went on to score eight of Chapman's 10 points in the third overtime, including back-to-back threes in the final 1:34 that pushed the Panthers ahead by six.

Criswell ended her career as just the third Panther in Chapman's Division III history with over 1,300 points.
