Senior Hannah Spaulding had 21 points, six boards, three blocks and three steals to lead No. 5-ranked St. Thomas Women's Basketball to Wednesday's 80-41 home defeat of Concordia-Moorhead at Schoenecker Arena.

Coach Ruth Sinn's Tommies (17-1 overall, 11-0 MIAC) tied an MIAC record for longest win streak against conference opponents at 65. Two decades ago, then-Coach Ted Riverso's Tommies won 65 in a row against league opponents during a four-season span from January 1995-1998. The Tommies strted this streak in mid-January 2016 and have now won 59 regular-season and six playoff tests against MIAC opponents.

The 65 wins give St. Thomas the second longest such current streak among all NCAA basketball teams. The UConn Huskies women have won all 107 games they have played in the American Athletic Conference.

In running their home victory streak to 19, St. Thomas shot 49 percent from the floor, had just 13 turnovers, and sank 10 treys.

Kaia Porter and Lucia Renikoff each scored 14 points for the Tommies.

Mira Ellefson scored 12 points to lead Concordia (7-11, 4-7).
