MILWAUKEE, WI - The Benedictine University women's basketball team saw the season come to a close with a loss to Concordia Wisconsin in the NACC Tournament Semifinals

• Benedictine never led in the contest, falling behind 8-0 less than four minutes into the contest
• The deficit reached double figures midway through the opening quarter but Benedictine scored the final five points on a Julie Jurasits three and a Bennita Drain jumper
• Venita Parsons hit a three to open the second quarter, drawing Benedictine within 17-14
• Benedictine came all the way back to tie the game at 25 on a D'Asia Williams layup with 2:57 to go in the half but Concordia Wisconsin led 30-25 at the break
• Concordia Wisconsin stretched the lead to double figures again late in the third quarter at 45-35
• Benedictine closed within three late in the fourth on a Drain layup at 55-52, but Concordia Wisconsin connected on five consecutive free throws to pull away
• Benedictine held a 37-29 advantage on the glass but shot just 33.9 percent for the game
• Benedictine reeled in 15 offensive rebounds which turned in 11 second chance points
• Williams led Benedictine with 15 points
• Parsons tacked on 14
• The 52 points marked the second lowest total of the year as Benedictine closed the campaign with a record of 18-9
