WOOSTER, Ohio – Sophomore forward Jaclyn Watkins (Aliquippa, Pa./Aliquippa) scored a career-high 20 points Saturday in Thiel's 98-42 loss to Mount Union College at the Nan Nichols Classic held by the College of Wooster.
 
In addition to her 20 points, Watkins grabbed five rebounds and came up with two steals. Watkins reached double digits in scoring eight times during her freshman campaign last season. Her previous career-high was a 16-point effort on Jan. 9 in a 72-70 overtime loss at Waynesburg.
 
Hannah Stoneman (Sugarcreek, Ohio/Hiland), another Thiel sophomore forward, scored 11 points Saturday to go along with nine rebounds and a block.
 
Annie Bova led Mount Union with 19 points. Also for Mount Union, Katie Reed chipped in 13 points while Amanda Turner scored 11 points.
