Coming out of the break, the Sea Gulls hit the opening basket to pull within six but Marymount would respond with a 10-0 run to go back ahead by double-figures. The Saints led by as many as 21 in the game before posting the 19-point victory.

Marymount was dominant down low, outscoring the Sea Gulls 48-14 in the paint. The Saints also converted 26 Salisbury turnovers into 32 points, including 16 on fast breaks behind 17 team steals.
