The No. 4-ranked Tommies (10-1 overall, 8-0 MIAC) extended their victory streak against MIAC opponents to 32 as they used 44 bench points to help pull away from the Royals (1-10, 0-8), 76-44, in Monday's conference women's basketball game at Schoenecker Arena.

Junior Taylor Young scored 11 points and junior Kelly Brandenburg had 10 points and five steals for the Tommies, who had only 10 turnovers and shot 52 percent from the field.

UST raced to a 16-1 advantage and led 41-20 at halftime.

Freshman Rachel Parupsky had 14 points and six rebounds to lead Bethel.

A different player has led St. Thomas in scoring in each of the last five games.

The Toms have won 10 in a row ths season and 22 in a row at home. They play Wednesday night at Gustavus in a battle of conference co-leaders.
