Playing one day after her father's funeral, St. Thomas senior guard Kellie Ring recorded 14 points, seven assists and four steals to help the No. 4-ranked Tommies (9-1 overall, 7-0 MIAC) to Saturday's 78-55 home win over Augsburg (4-7, 2-6) in MIAC women's basketball play Saturday at Schoenecker Arena.

Anna Smith added 12 points, 12 rebounds, six blocks and four steals for first-place UST, which ran its MIAC win streak to 31 and season victory string to nine.
