Box Score: MOR 61, CLU 57 - F/OT

Jazmyne Porter finished off a three-point play at the free throw line putting Cal Lutheran up 57-55 with 4:10 left in overtime. The Regals finished out the game committing four turnovers on their next five possessions and shot 0-for-4 from the field following Porter's basket.

Moravian's Katie O'Rourke made back-to-back 12-foot jumpers to turn a one-point deficit into a three-point lead with 1:56 left. She scored the final five points of the game helping the Greyhounds pick up their second win on the year.

The Regals were able to force overtime following a 7-for-11 second half performance from behind the arc. Channing Fleischmann and Chelsey Hastigan combined for all seven and made a pair on back-to-back possessions that put Cal Lutheran up 43-39 with under 10 minutes left.

However it was turnovers and fouls that proved the difference in Sunday's result. Cal Lutheran committed 36 turnovers and 31 personal fouls that led to 29 points off turnovers and 25 more at the free throw line for Moravian.

It was mixed emotions for a Cal Lutheran squad that trailed Moravian 26-21 at the half. The Regals were still within comeback range trailing by only five after committing 19 first half turnovers, shooting 9-for-34 from the field, and being charged with 12 personal fouls.

CLU had several extra possessions and second chance scoring opportunities courtesy of a 33-17 rebounding advantage including 13 on the offensive glass. In total Cal Lutheran outrebounded Moravian 59-36 including a game-high 13 boards from Erica Whitley.

Moravian missed out on several opportunities to extend its lead converting just 8-of-16 first half attempts at the charity stripe. The Greyhounds would look to continue earning trips to the foul line and forcing the Regals to make defensive adjustments.

The Greyhounds sank 14-of-19 second half free throws and 25-of-41 in total to stay in the game. Reserve Hilary Murray was the primary beneficiary scoring all 10 of her points at the charity stripe.

Two of the Regals starting five in Shana Moore and Chelsey Hastigan were charged with four fouls and the Greyhounds were in the bonus by the 13:55 mark of the second half. All five of the CLU starters were assessed at least four personal fouls. In contrast, only one Greyhound was charged with four.

Despite being forced to play cautiously the Regals were able to hold Moravian to just seven second half field goals and two more in overtime. Alexandra Blair led the Greyhounds with 11 points and six blocks. Alexis Wright finished with 10 points, seven boards and a game-high five steals.

Flesichmann finished with 20 points and 11 rebounds. Hastigan ended with 11 points and Meaghan Goodenough led all players with five assists.
