MADISON, N.J. (January 3, 2011) - A total of six players were in double figures as the Drew offense eclipsed the century mark for the first time in school history in a 101-58 victory over The College of St. Elizabeth. The previous record of 98 was set back in 2001 against Merchant Marine.

The balanced scoring attack was highlighted by Victoria Ault (Middletown, N.J./Mater Dei) who scored 16 points and pulled down a team-high eight rebounds. Ault has now scored 10 or more points in back-to-back games for the second time in her career.

Danielle Barber (Cape May Court House, N.J./Middle Twp.), who ranks second in the Landmark Conference in scoring, had a hot hand going 6-of-9 from the floor, chipping in 15 points and eight rebounds. A trio of players, Whitney Mackay (Suffield, Conn./Berkshire), Kathryn Kozma (New York, N.Y./The Beacon School) and Jen Mateo (Union City, N.J./Union City) all put together career-highs in points. Mateo, who has now been in double figures three of the last four games, had 14 points while Kozma netted 15 and Mackay added 12.

After Drew (7-3) captured their first lead of the night with 15:30 left in the first, they would not give it up for the remaining 35 minutes of the game. The Rangers were able to out-rebound the Eagles 50-40 and committed 11 less turnovers in the game.

The Rangers will open up Landmark Conference play on Saturday beginning with a bout against Scranton. The women will be the second game of the doubleheader starting at 4:00.
