Junior center Carol Cayo scored 25 points and pulled down 11 rebounds as the Raiders beat Finlandia 72-62 Thursday night in Hancock, Mich. Sophomore forward Heather Miller had 13 points while freshman guard Stephanie Haugen scored ten points.

Junior guards Marguerite Wellstein and Kathleen Collingbourne put in nine and eight points, respectively. Freshman forward Shannon Larson contributed seven points off the bench. MSOE was 24-34 from the free throw line. Also, the Raiders outrebounded the Lions 33-23 on the night.

MSOE (5-6) will host Mount Mary in a intracity nonconference game Monday at 7 p.m. at the Kern Center.
