MBB: #6 Keene State too strong for Panthers

PLYMOUTH, N.H. The Plymouth State University men's basketball team fell to #6 Keene State College, 80-63, in a Little East Conference (LEC) contest at Foley Gymnasium on Wednesday evening.

Plymouth State ran stride-for-stride with the nationally ranked Owls for much of the contest. The Panthers were able to hold Keene State to well below its season average, but a cold spell in the second half provided the visitors the ability to edge further away in the late stages of the game.

Junior Kyler Bosse (Manchester, N.H.) led the Panthers with 20 points, while sophomore Elijah Swanson (Meredith, N.H.) was welcomed back from injury with 16 points of his own. No other Panther was able to reach double-figures.

Plymouth State falls to 8-11 (1-9 LEC), while the Owls improve to 18-1 and 10-0 in the Little East.
