MILWAUKEE (WLCSports.com) – Wisconsin Lutheran College men's basketball senior Andrew Bruggink (Brookfield, Wis.) is one of eight players on the ballot for the fan vote for the 2020 Reese's Division III College All-Star Game. The game will be played on Friday, March 20 at 1:15 p.m. prior to the NCAA Division III men's basketball national semifinals in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Voting takes place exclusively on D3hoops.com, starting at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10, and running through 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 12. Fans will be able to choose from a list with eight top senior student-athletes whose team is no longer participating in the NCAA Tournament. The two with the most votes will join 16 other seniors, two from each region, who were selected by a committee vote, and two at-large picks, to make up the two 10-man rosters.

Bruggink, the NACC Player of the Year and leading scorer at 24.2 points per game, played an integral part as the Warriors collected a share of their first league title in nearly two decades. He started 25 of the 26 games he played and also led the NACC in field goals (219), free throws (134), and minutes per game (35.5). Bruggink's scoring prowess was on display all season as he registered double figures in every game and scored 30 or more points on six occasions. He tallied a career-high 37 points behind eight three-pointers in a 101-77 win over Rockford on January 21, then proceeded to drop 38 in his next outing - a 95-86 victory over Aurora four nights later. An all-around player, Bruggink also averaged 6.7 boards per game to rank sixth among NACC players while dishing out 3.1 assists. While he finished the year with three double-doubles, he fell just one rebound short of the mark on six other occasions. A four-time NACC Student-Athlete of the Week, Bruggink became the 22nd member of the Warriors' 1,000-point club on February 22 against Edgewood, needing just 51 career games to reach the milestone. He is WLC's first NACC Men's Basketball Player of the Year and first for the program since 2002.

This is the 10th season D3hoops.com has been the exclusive home of this fan vote. In 2019, more than 100,000 votes were cast. Fans will be permitted to cast one ballot per browser.
