KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — It took four overtimes for a winner to be determined between Keuka College and SUNY Poly on Wednesday. In the end, SUNY Poly pulled out a 115-110 victory over the Wolves in a North Eastern Athletic Conference game.

Nolan Ivey (Upperville, Va. / Middleburg Academy) led Keuka College (5-14, 4-8 NEAC) with 23 points and eight rebounds. James Barnes (Rochester, N.Y. / University Prep) added 20 points for the Wolves.

The Green and Gold came out fast on their home court. A steal my Matt Ciezki (Lancaster, N.Y. / St. Mary's) would end up back in the sophomore's hands for a corner three as the Wolves took a 9-5 lead. It would be the only three of the half for either team as the game was battled from the paint and free throw line. The Wolves would lead by as many as five in the half, but the Wildcats fought back. SUNY Poly tied the game at 16-16 and later took the lead against the Wolves thanks to an 8-0 run. Keuka College got the game back tied. Down two in the final minute, Devin Milton (Opelousas, La. / Beau Chene) hit an elbow jumper with six seconds left to tie the game at 35-35. At the other end, Milton had a block on a buzzer-beating attempt as the game went to halftime tied.

SUNY Poly opened on a 4-0 run, but Keuka answered, tying the game and taking the lead. The game would bounce back and forth as there were four lead changes and eight ties in the half. A bucket by the Wildcats would tie the game late at 71-71 as it entered the final minute. After a shot clock violation and a foul by Keuka, SUNY Poly took a 73-71 lead with a pair of free throws. With five seconds left, James Barnes hit a bucket to tie the game at 73-73 and send it into overtime.

Keuka College scored the first six of the first overtime period and held the Wildcats off the board for nearly half of the frame. SUNY Poly cut it to one, 80-79 with 49 seconds left. They fouled and Nana Oteng (Queens, N.Y. / Martin Luther) made both free throws. At the other end of the floor, Poly made a pair of free throws to cut the margin back to one. Again, Oteng made both free throws with 21 seconds left. SUNY Poly made a put-back layup with nine seconds left to cut it back to one. With four seconds left, the Wildcats got a jump ball call to regain possession. SUNY Poly drove the basket and was fouled with one second left. They made one of two from the line as the game remained tied 84-84 and went to a second overtime.

The script was flipped in the second overtime as SUNY Poly scored seven straight to build a 91-84 lead over Keuka. A three-point play by Nolan Ivey got the Wolves on the board with 1:32 left to play. The teams would trade baskets, but SUNY Poly led by five with 21 seconds left to play. Nana Oteng quickly scored for the Wolves and Keuka fouled. SUNY Poly missed both free throws with 15 seconds left. The Wolves called a timeout to draw up a play and DJ Billings (Rochester, N.Y. / Greece Odyssey) hit a three for Keuka to give the Wolves a 94-93 lead with four seconds left. On the ensuing inbounds, SUNY Poly passed the ball to near half court. In fighting for the lofted pass, Keuka was called for a foul to send SUNY Poly to the line. The Wildcats missed the first attempt but made the second to send the game to a third overtime.

The teams traded free throws early in the third, but neither team would score again until SUNY Poly got a three-point play with 31 seconds left to take a 99-96 lead. The Wildcats would steal the ball back and Keuka College. After two free throws, Keuka once again trailed by five with 21 seconds left. Anthony Gomez (Brooklyn, N.Y. / Juan Morel Campos) drove the length of the court and scored for Keuka to make it 101-98. Keuka fouled again and Poly went 1-2 from the line with 14 seconds left. Gomez drove again, but this time found Elijah Smalls (Rome, N.Y. / Rome Free Academy) for a three to cut the deficit to one, 102-101 with eight seconds left. Keuka fouled and SUNY Poly made both free throws to build a three-point lead with six seconds left. Keuka worked the ball to Devin Milton at the top of the key. The freshman was fouled while attempting a game-tying three with less than a second left. Milton hit all three attempts to tie the game at 104-104 and send it into a fourth overtime.

Keuka College scored first in the fourth overtime, but the Wildcats answered. SUNY Poly would take a five-point lead with 41 seconds left to play. The shots were just not falling for the Wolves as Keuka went 2-6 from the floor including 1-4 from three in the fourth. Anthony Gomez made a late three to make it a four-point game, but that would be as close as Keuka would make it. The Wildcats added a free throw as they defeated Keuka College 115-110 in four overtimes.

• The four overtimes tied an earlier game between Wisconsin-Whitewater and Beloit as the longest game in NCAA Division III this season
• It was the longest game in program history for Keuka College. The previous record was double overtime, which happened only three times in Keuka's 35 seasons of men's basketball
• The two teams combined for 225 points on 64-154 shooting. They went 9-42 from deep and 88-115 from the free throw line
• Nolan Ivey led with 47 minutes played on Wednesday. He is the first player to surpass 45 minutes in a game in 12 years
• Ivey got a bulk of his career-best 23 points from the free throw line. He went 15-18, setting a new Keuka College record for most free throws made in a game
• Matt Ciezki set a new career-high with 15 points and five steals. The sophomore logged 42 minutes coming off the bench for the Wolves
• The freshman duo of Devin Milton and Nana Oteng each surpassed 200 points for their rookie seasons on Wednesday

Up Next for Keuka College: The Wolves will dip into the South Division of the NEAC on Saturday as Keuka College plays at Penn St.-Harrisburg. It is the first season back in the conference for the Nittany Lions since the 2012-13 season. Harrisburg currently sits atop the South Division.
