LISLE, IL - The Benedictine University men's basketball team posted one of the largest margins of victory in program history, returning to action with an easy win at home over visiting Marian University.

Kyle Graebner hit a pair of threes early in the game as Benedictine set the tone
The second three opened a 15-0 run as Benedictine jumped to an 18-3 lead on an Eric Grygo layup with 13:43 remaining in the half
Marian was able to pull within 10 points at 26-16, but Benedictine used a 17-0 run to open a 48-19 edge on a steal and dunk from Kenny Bogus with 1:07 left in the half
The onslaught continued early in the second half with an 8-0 run following the break behind five points from Grygo and a triple from Keegan Graebner
The starters were all lifted around the mid-point of the half, but Benedictine amounted a 26-0 run to lead 95-27 when Connor Riley connected on a three-pointer with 4:26 left
