The Tigers struggled with some major shooting woes in the first half, shooting just 21 percent from the field as they fell behind 27-15. Oxy played much better in the second half, shooting 56 percent from the field and scoring 32 points.

Oxy lost the game on the boards. The Tigers were outrebounded 49-30 and gave up 18 offensive boards.
