How It Happened

LVC pushed the lead to 40-33 when Light buried a jumper from beyond the arc off an inbound pass from Zach Tucker early in the second half but the Mustangs (10-9, 2-8 MAC Commonwealth) wouldn't go away and eventually clawed back to tie the game following an Evan Joseph 3-ball with 10:40 remaining.

A layup and a pair of free throws by Bugg combined with a Caleb Barwin triple gave the Dutchmen a little breathing room at the 8:16 mark but the visitors again made a push and eventually drew even with 3:21 left to play thanks to a trey from Danzel Wright.

From there, Lebanon Valley locked down defensively and Orr swung the momentum when he blocked a Kobe Colston layup on one end before draining a fade-away jumper in the paint on the other to put his team ahead 68-66 with 2:21 remaining.

Light came away with a steal on Stevenson's ensuing possession and knocked down a jumper with a hand in his face on the other end to up the lead to four with less than a minute to play. With the Mustangs forced to foul, he added a pair of free throws with 32 seconds on the clock to effectively seal the hard-fought victory.
