Marymount Men’s Hoops Captures Pablo Coto Tip-Off Championship

Arlington, Va. – Marymount University's men's basketball team earned the Pablo Coto Tip-Off title with a 61-53 win over Dallas on Sunday afternoon. The Saints improve their record to 2-0 on the season.

Senior Reed Scott posted a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Three more Saints scored in double-figures as JC Hoellich posted 14 points, Jesse Konadu added 13, and Antonio Rouse chipped in 10.

Ross Davidson led Dallas (1-1) with a game-high 17 points.

In the consolation match, York topped Lebanon Valley 87-71.

Michael Woods led York with a game-high 35 points while Omar St. John added 24. Kevin Agnew netted 29 points for Lebanon Valley.

Agnew
was joined by Marymount's Scott and Dallas' Aaron Wyatt on the All-Tournament Team while Hoellich was named the Most Valuable Player.

Marymount returns to action on Wednesday as it travels to face Ursinus in Collegeville, Pa.
