Another stop on the Cardinals next time down led to a jumper from Jones which gave the Ducks 36-24 edge with 16:04 left in regulation.

A Jones triple from the right wing gave Stevens its biggest advantage of the afternoon (14 points) a little less than five minutes into the second stanza. Five-straight points from the Cardinals cut the lead to seven but a nice move underneath from Franklin slowed the momentum and handed the Ducks a nine-point lead with under four minutes left.
