The sophomore forward led five Wesley (10-6, 6-1 CAC) players in double figures as the Wolverines shot 58 percent and erased a 12-point deficit to pick up the win.

Wesley scored the game's first eight points and held St. Mary's (12-4, 6-1 CAC) off the scoreboard for nearly five minutes to start the game.   The Seahawks battled back, however, and eventually used an 11-0 run of their own to stake a nine-point lead, 33-24, after a three by Alex Franz with 3:41 left in the half.

St. Mary's carried a 40-33 lead into the half and eventually stretched it to a dozen, 50-38, after a jumper by Jeff Haus with 17:22 remaining in the game.

Reynolds scored seven straight points for the Wolverines as they chipped away at the lead before Rudy Thomas (Milton, Del./Sussex Tech) hit a three to give Wesley a 61-59 lead with 10:25 to go in the game.  The bucket came as part of an 18-6 run that gave Wesley a 67-61 lead with nine minutes to play.

St. Mary's trailed by 10 with 1:59 to play before baskets by Kyle Jarczynski and Sam Burum cut it to 84-78 with 1:25 left.  The Wolverines, however, hit 9-of-10 free throws down the stretch to close the game with an 11-2 run.

Wesley shot 65 percent in the second half to put the game away.  The Wolverines also owned the glass in the final 20 minutes. After getting outrebounded 20-12 in the first half, Wesley finished the game with a 37-32 edge.

Reynolds hit 11-of-18 field goals in the contest and grabbed seven rebounds to go along with three assists and three steals.

Kevin Johnson (Smyrna, Del./Smyrna) scored 20 points in the game on 7-of-11 shooting and grabbed a team-high eight rebounds.  He also had three assists.  Darrell Johnson (New Castle, Del./Howard) had another strong shooting effort, hitting 8-of-16 field goals to finish with 16 points.

Thomas came off the bench for 15 points, seven rebounds and three assists, while Chris Douglas (Landover, Md./Jericho Prep Academy) scored a dozen points and led the team with four assists.

Burum led the Seahawks with 21 points on 10-of-16 shooting and added a game-high nine rebounds.  Chris Hutchinson netted 13 points.  Franz finished with 12 points and 10 assists, but shot just 5-of-17 on the afternoon.

The win stretches the Wolverines' win streak to five games and ties them with St. Mary's atop the CAC standings.

Wesley is back in action on January 19 when the team travels to Marymount (Va.).
