If the season ended today -- or really, if the season had ended this past Sunday, here's what the Top 16 seeds would have looked like entering the NCAA Tournament. The NCAA's Top 16 for Division III men's basketball was revealed exclusively on Hoopsville on Thursday night, Feb. 15.
This listing takes into account the NCAA Division III selection criteria. NCAA selections do not take into account the D3hoops.com Top 25. Teams generally will play at least three games between this ranking and when the NCAA Tournament selections are announced on Feb. 26.
"Data changes by the minute," said University of Rochester men's basketball coach Luke Flockerzi, the chair of the NCAA Division III men's basketball committee. "This does not mean that these teams are guaranteed to get in the tournament, or host. Although these are teams to be celebrated right now, we are 10 days away (from selections)."
