Ralph Temgoua started in a hole, while Dylan Richter was strong throughout the voting.

Washington University in St. Louis senior guard Dylan Richter and St. Lawrence senior guard Ralph Temgoua won the 2012 NABC Reese's Division III All-Star Game fan voting and will represent their teams in Salem, Va.

The All-Star Game, now in its third season, takes place before the Division III men's basketball championship game.

The pair will join the top two seniors in each region, as selected by an NABC panel, as well as the top senior from each team that falls in the national semifinals, in the 2012 game.

Richter and Temgoua finished atop a vote that saw more than 37,000 ballots cast exclusively on D3hoops.com, more than doubling the total of last year's fan vote.

Temgoua finished strong after a slow start. He had just 1 percent of the first 7,500 votes cast. Temgoua and Richter outpolled Chris Beauchamp of Baruch, Will Hanley of Bowdoin, Seth Anderson of Gustavus Adolphus, Jamaal Watkins of Hiram, Chris Barnes of UT-Dallas and Paul Kouvaris of York (Pa.) to get their spots in the game.

If any of the top two seniors already selected to the 2012 NABC Reese's Division III All-Star Game are playing in the Final Four, they will be replaced on the All-Star roster.
