Who's in and who's out of the NCAA tournaments? We know the automatic bids, but who are the 19 men's and 20 women's teams who will get the chance to vie for an NCAA title. Sunday night on Hoopsville, Dave McHugh and others made those mock selections. They also broke down the primary and secondary criteria the best they could and selected who they thought will be in the NCAA Tournment.
