In Monday night's other first round game, #3 Gwynedd Mercy University defeated #6 Rosemont College 71-60 and will visit second-seeded Immaculata University in Wednesday night's other semifinal,
 
Keystone, who won the regular season meeting between the two local rivals on February 7^th, 83-69, jumped out to a 10-6 advantage over the first six minutes of Monday night's contest before Marywood tied the game at 12-12 with 11 minutes remaining in the first half.  The Giants countered with the next six points of the game, but the Pacers responded with an 18-2 surge to open up a 30-20 advantage with 3:21 showing on the clock.  Keystone closed the half with a 7-2 spurt to cut their deficit at the break to 32-27.
 
Danielle Terranella paced Marywood with eight points in the opening stanza while Lindsey Schroth chipped in with five first half points.  Alexa Gerchman led the Pacers with six assists and five rebounds in the stanza for the hosts, who shot 40 percent from the floor in period while going 3-7 from three-point range and 5-10 from the free throw line. 
 
Alyssa Cuomo (Odessa, DE/Hodgson Vo-tech) scored eight points in the first frame to lead Keystone while Jazmyn Robinson (Hyattsville, MD/Northwestern) added six points and four steals.  Cierra Hensley (Frederick, MD/Frederick), Jerica Rode (Lords Valley, PA/Wallenpaupack), and Dyjae Williams (Newark, NJ/Bloomfield Tech) had five boards apiece for the Giants, who connected on 26.5 percent of their attempts from the field in the half while going 3-12 from downtown and 6-8 from the charity stripe.
 
Marywood pushed their lead to 10 points early in the second half and, with the hosts holding a 43-34 edge, Keystone embarked on an 11-0 run to claim a 45-43 edge with 9:38 remaining in regulation when AAliya Hayes (New Rochelle, NY/New Rochelle) scored on a layup.   The two teams went back and forth over the next six and half minutes and would sit tied at 56-56 with 2:04 left on the clock. 
 
Hayes then hit a jumped with 1:45 left in regulation to give the Giants a two-point edge, Robinson then hit two from the line with 22.7 seconds remaining to give the visitors a four-point edge before  a Marywood layup with 14 ticks remaining made it a 60-58 game.  Rode went 2-2 from the line to restore Keystone's four-point edge with 12 seconds remaining and the Giants denied the Pacers in the final seconds to pull out the thrilling win. 
 
Robinson finished with a game-high 22 points to go along with six rebounds, six assists, and five steals to lead Keystone, who got 13 points and eight boards from Cuomo.  Hayes added 12 points, six rebounds, and five steals for the Giants, who also got eight boards from Williams while holding a 49-41 edge in rebounding for the contest.  The visitors finished the game hitting on 32.3 percent of their shots from the floor while going 25 percent from beyond the arc.  Keystone was solid at the free throw line, knocking down 17 of their 20 attempts from the stripe.
 
Tara Steakin led Marywood with 14 points while Terranella added 12 points in the loss.  Maggie Presnal corralled a game-high 11 rebounds while Gerchman led all players with eight assists for the Pacers, who shot 35.9 percent from the floor for the game, 37.5 percent from downtown, and just 40 percent from the line.
 
Keystone's semifinal matchup at Cabrini will tipoff at 7:00 p.m. in Radnor, Pennsylvania.  The Giants will be looking to avenge a 66-39 regular season setback to the Cavaliers suffered on January 7^th in La Plume.  Cabrini, currently 22-3 overall went undefeated in conference play this season and is ranked 21^st in the nation.
