Senior Jenna Dockter scored a game-high 17 pooints and the host Tommies (4-0) outscored UW-Stevens Point 7-0 in the final 3:00 in Sunday's 60-52 women's basketball victory at Schoenecker Arena.

Senior Anna Smith added 11 points, 13 rebounds, four assists, four steals and three blocks, and senior Maggie Weiers added 13 points.

No. 11-ranked St. Thomas never trailed but saw a 15-point lead late in the first half whittled to one point in the final half.

UST shot 40 percent from the floor, made 13-of-15 free throws, and had a 39-30 advantage in rebounds over the Pointers (3-3).

Point had its bench players (29) outscore its starters (23). Allie Micelli had 13 points and seven boards off the bench.

St. Thomas starts conference play Dec. 3 at home against Gustavus.
