Hamburg, NY - The Mount Aloysius women's basketball team got back on track with a 75-58 victory over Hilbert College on Saturday afternoon in AMCC action.

In a well-balanced effort, four Mounties finished in double figures and twelve hit the scoring column. Becky Bard scored 18 points and had four steals. Lindsy Sammarco had 12 points and dished eight assists. Kaleigh Roop notched 11 points and six rebounds, and Ali Maruca came off the bench to record 10 points.

The Mounties led 34-26 at half before going on a 14-4 run to start the second half to take control. The Mount led by as much as 27 in the second half.

The Mounties forced 27 turnovers on the defensive end while recording 20 steals.

With the win, Mount Aloysius improves to 4-7 overall and 2-3 in conference play.
