GREENSBORO, N.C. --- Brittany Atwater posted 13 points and 11 rebounds in Guilford College's 56-42 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) basketball win over visiting Emory & Henry College Wednesday in the Ragan-Brown Field House. The Quakers' 12th victory in 13 games marked head coach Stephanie Flamini's 200th career head coaching win.

Emory & Henry's deep bench helped it stay tight with Guilford throughout most of the first half. The Wasps led by as many as six points with 11:03 left in the period before Guilford rallied to take a 25-22 halftime lead. The Quakers opened the second on an 11-3 run, which sealed the deal against the younger Wasps.

Atwater's 13 points and 11 rebounds paced Guilford (20-4, 13-2 ODAC). She also had three steals and two assists. Gabby Oglesby added 12 points, nine rebounds and two blocks. Morgan King scored 11 points. Jaclyn Nucci had a team-high three assists.

Michelle Williams scored 13 points off the bench, 12 from beyond the three-point line, to lead the Wasps (7-16, 4-11 ODAC). JoBeth Wright added nine points. Jalen McPherson contributed five points and three steals. Valerie Beale had five points off the bench. Courtney Puckett had five assists in the effort.

Flamini is in her 10th season on the Quakers' sidelines and 14th campaign overall. She has led Guilford to consecutive 20-win seasons and ranks second in school history with a 142-120 coaching record. Including three years at Chowan University and one at the University of Maine at Farmington, Flamini is 200-161 in her career.

The Quakers play their final regular-season game Saturday, February 16 at 2:00 p.m. against ODAC-foe Randolph College in the Ragan-Brown Field House. The Senior Day game will honor Guilford's three seniors.
