ALTOONA, Pa. – Penn State Altoona women's basketball senior guard Courtney Carroll topped 1,000 points in her collegiate career on Wednesday night when she scored 16 in a game at La Roche College in Pittsburgh.

Carroll, who now has 1,003 points in 89 career games, joins former Lady Lions Kristen Toomey (1,045 points) and Alicia Glasser (1,031 points) as the only Penn State Altoona women's basketball players to reach the 1,000 point mark.
