Hope falls to Albion, drops into three-way tie atop MIAA standings

The Hope College men's basketball team yielded sole possession of the MIAA lead with a 75-68 loss to Albion College on Saturday night at DeVos Fieldhouse.
 
The Flying Dutchmen (10-5, 3-1 MIAA) are tied for first place with Albion and Trine University.
 
Junior forward Evan Thomas topped Hope with a game-high 23 points and team-high eight rebounds. 
 
Senior forward Jeff Bikus added 20 points, a career-high, all in the first half.
 
Albion (7-8, 3-1 MIAA) was led by 22 points off the bench from Ken Thomas.
