Keuka College took the early lead on the back of a pair of threes. Devin Milton (Opelousas, La. / Beau Chene) knocked one down for Keuka, then nice ball movement from the Wolves gave Keuka an 8-3 lead. Milton drove and kicked it to Isaac McIlroy on the wing. He then found DJ Billings (Rochester, N.Y. / Greece Odyssey) for the three gave the Wolves the advantage. The Cardinals would regain the lead, but Nana Oteng gave it back to the Wolves, 14-13, with a three with 12:40 left in the first. However, St. John Fisher would score 20 unanswered over the next five minutes to take control of the half. Daniel Obunse (Queens, N.Y. / Flushing) hit a jumper in the lane to snap the run, but the Cardinals remained in control. St. John Fisher led 44-27 at the half.

The Cardinals widened their lead in the second half. Isaac McIlroy scored 14 points in the second half to lead the Wolves. The freshman missed only one shot in the half. Zayquan Warren (Brooklyn, N.Y. / Holy Cross) also had a strong showing in the frame getting all of his nine points and five rebounds in the final 20 minutes. Despite the scoring efforts, the Cardinals remained ahead on their way to the 91-60 victory.
