The Baruch College Bearcats shot 62 percent (18-for-29) in the second half and dominated the boards with a 50-21 advantage to defeat the Raptors of Rutgers-Camden, 96-54, on Saturday afternoon in the ARC Arena.

The Bearcats also shot 12-of-24 from three-point range to improve their season record to 8-3.

They finish the non-conference portion of their schedule and will now play CUNYAC opposition the rest of the regular season, beginning on Thursday night, January 3, at John Jay College.

Bryler Paige led the way with 20 points, while William Sixsmith contributed 13 points. Joseph Zecchino Jr. scored a career-high 12 points as the Bearcats are also now a perfect 5-0 at home.

The visiting Raptors from the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) shot 25 percent (15-for-59) in the loss. Trai Greer was their top scorer with 15 points.
