NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – The Maritime basketball team was defeated 94-76 to the New Rochelle Angels in a non-conference matchup at the Wellness Center on Sunday afternoon.

New Rochelle would stay ahead by a comfortable lead up until around the midway point in the first half, when Maritime made a run. After a Chris Ruscillo (Carle Place, N.Y./Carle Place) free throw, Walker knocked down a three-pointer off the pass from Liccese. Then Liccese scored a layup to cut the lead to one, 31-30, off the offensive rebound from Walker.
