(BEAVER FALLS, Pa.) - Thomas More College took on President Athletic Conference (PAC) opponent Geneva College and came away with a 76-59 victory.  The Saints improve to 15-6 overall and 11-3 in the PAC and remain in second place in the conference.

The Saints had eight players reach the scoring column today and shot 47.7 percent from the field after 40 minutes of play. Leading the Saints was sophomore guard Damion King (Winchester, Ky./George Rodgers Clark), who finished the game with 14 points and eight assists. Other scorers who reached double-digits were Ryne Callahan (Morehead, Ky./Rowan County) with 13 points and five rebounds, Sawyer Pauly (Crescent Springs, Ky./Covington Catholic) with 11 points and four rebounds and junior center Simon Clifford (Louisville, Ky./DuPont Manual) with 11 points.

Talking with player of the game, Damion King, we asked him what has brought this team together the last couple games to get such big victories over some tough opponents and he told us, "Honestly, togetherness and enthusiasm. I really think this team can do something special if we all just stick together through these last few games and throughout the tournament."

The Golden Tornados of Geneva College finished the game with seven players reaching the scoring column. Finishing with the game-high was Jimmy Leichliter who finished with 17 points, while Tyler Crenshaw who finished with 11 points.  

The Saints will hit the hardwood again on Wednesday (February 8) when they host Westminster College inside the Connor Convocation Center. Tip-off will be at 7:30 p.m.
