Chaun Miller grabbed a career High 15 rebounds while scoring 20 points to lead Lehman (6-2:3-0) past visiting York (2-7:0-3) 81-65.
Andrew Utate came off the bench to score 15, including 13 in the first half. Olando Minott added 13 points.
With the game tied at 16, Lehman went on a 7-0 run to take control. The Cardinal were quickly able to cut the deficit to four, 23-19, before the Lightning went on a 10-0 spurt. Lehman was able to push the advantage to 19 before settling on a 44-27 lead at the break.
The Cardinal were able to chip away and cut the lead down to 11, 63-52 with 8:49 to play but would not be able to get any closer.
Lehman will be back in action on Friday night. The Lightning will host Brooklyn at 7:00 PM in the APEX. Both teams come into the contest with an unblemished conference mark of 3-0.
