Junior Victor Smith was selected to the All-Tournament team after leading the Anchormen with 18 points and six rebounds, while senior Tom DeCiantis had 13 points to go along with a team-high 10 rebounds.

The Terriers got a game-high 19 points from sophomore Levi Barnes, and senior Marquis Pollard netted 12 points and pulled down a game-high 12 rebounds to earn a spot on the All-Tournament Team. Senior Stanley Greene Jr. and sophomore Justin Murray chipped in with 11 and 10 points, respectively.

Thomas raced out to a 28-12 lead over the game's first 11 minutes on the strength of five three-pointers, including two each from Greene Jr., and senior Franklin Salvador. Rhode Island College closed the period on a 22-7 run, including nine points from Smith, to pull within 35-34 at the break.

Clinging to a 43-42 lead with 14:20 left in the game, the Anchormen ripped off a 15-5 spurt to take its first double-digit lead of the contest. The bench accounted for 12 of the 15 points during the spurt, led by six from DeCiantis. Neal gave RIC its biggest lead of the game at 61-47 with 8:58 to go, and despite pulling within seven on three occasions, the Terriers were unable to rally.

The Anchormen shot 50 percent (15-for-30) in the second half, and held Thomas to 33 percent (13-for-39) over the final 20 minutes, which included just a 3-for-11 effort from beyond the arc. Rhode Island College also grabbed 20 offensive rebounds and held a 53-40 edge on the glass.

Thomas returns to the hardwood on Thursday, Nov. 21 at 7pm when they travel to Bates College.
