GENESEO, N.Y. – The Cabrini women’s basketball season came to an end tonight, as the No. 19 Cavaliers suffered a 60-57 loss to Muhlenberg College in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament. The loss ends the season at 24-4 overall, tied for the most wins in program history.

RADNOR, Pa. – The Cabrini women's basketball team celebrated the careers of its seniors tonight, and sent them off with a perfect conference record after a 66-56 victory over Gwynedd Mercy University.
The Cavaliers survived a late rally and, after 40 minutes, scored their 15th consecutive win today, as the No. 25 Cabrini women's basketball team topped Immaculata 65-64.
You may see Cabrini and Salisbury in playoff contention and their coaches' names mentioned in the Mike Strong coaching tree, but you won't see former teammates Kate Pearson and Kelly Lewandowski squaring off on the sidelines in the near future.
