Former Castleton player and Middlebury assistant Jessica Turner is the new head coach at Skidmore, replacing Darren Bennett who took a job at Division I Boston U.

Castleton will join the Little East in 18 sports, including men's and women's basketball in 2018-19. The Spartans currently compete in the NAC, which will also lose Colby-Sawyer to the GNAC that same season.
