    NEWPORT NEWS, VA - The Susquehanna Men's Basketball historic season came to an end on Saturday night as the River Hawks fell to the #4 Christopher Newport Captains 81-67. Susquehanna could not recover from a 15-point halftime deficit, as they never got closer than 11 in the second half. Senior Lukas Yurasits also scored his 1000th point in the game, eclipsing the mark at the 16:12 mark as his layup was counted after a CNU goal tend. Yurasits finished his career with 1006 points over his three-year career. Dominic Dunn was the leading scorer for SU, as the redshirt-junior had 22 points for the River Hawks, knocking down four three-pointers.
  • Susquehanna Controls Throughout in Landmark Championship Win

    SELINSGROVE, PA - In front of a packed Orlando W. Houts Gymnasium, the Susquehanna University Basketball team controlled throughout the 40 minute affair with defending conference champions Drew, earning their second Landmark Championship. Danny Frauenheim was the tournament MVP, as the senior guard finished with 15 points, three assists, and four steals to lead the way for the River Hawks. The Susquehanna offense was rolling on all cylinders on Saturday night, evidenced by a 21-7 start after a Jay Martin three-point basket. After that point, the Rangers would never get closer than seven, as the SU offense posted a balanced effort with five players in double figure scoring. 
  • Men's Basketball Advances to Landmark Conference Championships

    SELINSGROVE, PA - The Susquehanna University Men's basketball took home their 12th straight win on Wednesday night, defeating Juniata 58-52 in the first round of the Landmark Conference playoffs. The River Hawks have now won three straight conference tournament games dating back to their championship run in the 2019-20 season and will face Drew at home on Saturday at 7 p.m. for Landmark Conference title.

Houts Gymnasium. The River Hawks (16-4, 8-1 Landmark) have won six straight contests, and also have posted victories in 10 of their last 11 games.
